Frequently asked questions
My dog is naughty/hyper active/ nervous. Can we still have a photography session?
This is no problem. Safety is always first during our session. Ive worked with animals all my life and we take time and allow your pet to relax . They can stay on the lead for the entire session and the lead can be removed in photoshop later. Please bring their favourite treats or toy to help them enjoy the session. We can discuss your pets quirks and personality traits prior to your session when we meet at your home. This way depending on location you choose we can have a plan in mind to work with your pets own individual needs. They are animals though and we have to think on the fly and be ready to adjust when needed.
My dog is elderly and/or has mobility issues
We can choose your location with this in mind or you may choose to have your session at your home. We can still create beautiful lasting memories of your pets.
What do I need to do and bring to the session?
Bring with you your pets lead and some treats. A towel is also a good idea. I will also have treats with me, just make me aware if your pet has any allergies.I will also bring an extra long lead so we can still get some action shots if you like while keeping your pet on the lead. I will direct you throughout the session, where to stand, how to hold the lead for easier removal later and how to help direct your dogs attention in the desired direction.
Can my family/friends be at the session ?
The session is for up to two dogs & family from the same household, any additional dogs or people you would like to include in the photos will incur an additional $50 charge.
You may bring other people to your session but not pets as they will distract our main subjects. The people will not be included in the session and must be willing to take direction from myself at all times to ensure I can get the best images possible for you of your pets. Please make me aware if you intend bringing additional people.
What is the time frame from booking my session to receiving my images/wallart/albums?

​1/ Call me on 0401981039 or email me at stephanielittle01@gmail.com and book your session. Your session fee of $200 is due now to secure your session.
2/ Within two weeks of your session I will come to your home with samples of my products for you to see and we will discuss in detail your pet and your expectations from your session.
3/ The day of your session. We meet at the time decided ,the session will take roughly two hours.
4/ Within 7 to 10 days I will have your final edited images ready for you. We will view them together as a slide show at your home and this is when you will make your choices on products you would like to order.
5/ your order is placed with my supplier after payment has been made in full and will be shipped directly to you . This generally takes within two weeks depending on your order.

What happens if the weather is bad?
If it is raining or highly likely it will rain we will reschedule the session. The weather is unpredictable and rescheduling will not happen for cloudy overcast days. We can still get beautiful images on these days.
How & when do we make payment?
At the time of booking the $200 is due, I will send you an invoice immediately and your session is not secured until payment is paid. This is fully credited towards any purchases of $1,000 or more and is not refundable.

Payment for products is due in full within 5 days of your viewing of your final images.
Payment can be made by PayPal or Bank Transfer.
